الاستبدال | Exchange

نحن نحرص على رضاء عملائنا، لذلك نوفّر إمكانية استبدال المنتجات وفقًا للشروط التالية:

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer product exchanges under the following terms:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، ومرفقًا بجميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
  The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging included.
  
  
• يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الاستلام.
  Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  
  
• يوجد رسوم توصيل علي الاستبدال وتتغير حسب المنتج .
  There is a delivery fee for exchanges and it varies depending on the product.

الاسترجاع | Returns

نقبل إرجاع المنتجات وفق سياسة مرنة تضمن حق العميل، مع الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

We accept returns under a flexible policy that respects customer rights, subject to the following terms:

• نقبل المرتجعات اذا كانت معيبه او حتي اذا كانت غير معيبة في حاله وجود اخطاء في الشحنه.
   We accept returns if they are defective or even if they are not defective in the event of errors in the shipment.
  
  
• يجب إرسال طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الاستلام.
  Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  
  
• يمكن إرجاع المنتج عبر البريد أو مباشرة في المتجر .
  Items may be returned by mail or in-store 
  
  
• ملصق الإرجاع مرفق مع الطرد ومجاني.
  A free return label is included in the package.
  
  
• يوجد رسوم لاعادة التخزين اذا كان الارجاع عن طريق الشحن
  There is a fee for return shipping if the return is via.
  
  
• يتم معالجة واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع.
  Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
